I have resolved to begin keeping my weblogs active again. Partly because I just discovered that a new version of Movabletype, the weblogs publishing system which I had subscribed to for months but never made good use of except for making just a few ad hoc postings, had been released. The fact that you are seeing this entry means that I have survived the upgrade of my Movabletype system which is remotely hosted on a Linux-based virtual server somewhere in the US.
